The Regis School of Music has 3 beautiful spaces, all available for private hire.
The Recital Hall
The Recital Hall seats up to 142 in auditorium formation, or 70 around round banqueting tables - and any number in between. Beautiful parquet floor, crystal chandeliers and a small elevated stage make this the perfect venue for small talks and lectures, demonstrations, afternoon teas, or dance classes.
The Ensemble Room
The Ensemble Room is a smaller space, perfectly suited for smaller groups or ensembles to meet. Capacity is up to 25 people seated in an auditorium formation.
The Studio
The Studio is a small classroom, perfect for one:one teaching.
Our rehearsal and event spaces are available for short-term or regular hire. Reach out to us to discuss availability and rates.
Rates
Rates effective from September 2026. All rates include setup and clear-down time. A charitable rate is available for registered charities and community groups — please enquire.
The Recital Hall
Concerts, recitals, performances and large group rehearsals.

- Half day (up to 6 hours) — £80
- Full day (up to 12 hours) — £160
The Ensemble Room
Rate varies by use type.
- 1:1 or instrumental lessons — £10 per hour · £40 half day · £80 full day
- Group use (12+ people) — £15 per hour · £60 half day · £120 full day
The Studio
1:1 tuition and small group teaching.
- Per hour — £8
- Half day (up to 6 hours) — £32
- Full day (up to 12 hours) — £64
Whole building
All three spaces simultaneously — for strategic partnerships and larger events.
- Per hour — £50
- Half day (up to 6 hours) — £200
- Full day (up to 12 hours) — £400
